RSES Virtual 2023 Annual Business Meeting

The RSES Board of Directors invite Members to participate in the 2023 Annual Business Meeting. In addition to providing an update on the state of the Society, the meeting will cover short/long range plans, financial updates as well as live votes for the 2023-2024 Officers and the 2023-2025 Regional Directors. During the July 2023 Board Meeting, the Nominating Committee presented their recommendation for the slate of Officers (published Aug. 16, 2023) for the 2023–2024 fiscal year, which includes:
•    President: Jerry Clark, CM
•    Vice-President: Gary Struhar, CMS, RCT
•    Secretary/Treasurer: Brynn Cooksey, CMS, RCT
•    Sergeant at Arms: Eric Kaiser

In addition, the Directors up for re-election for a two-year term (2023–2025) in the following geographical areas was also approved and includes:
•    Region 2: Joe Marchese, CMS, RCT
•    Regions 8 & 11: Brynn Cooksey, CMS, RCT
•    Regions 14 & 15: Ken Robinson, CMS, RCT
•    Regions 16 & 17: Gary Struhar, CMS, RCT

Per the RSES Bylaws, voting members have 30 days to submit additional nominations to this slate. Such nominations must be supported by a written petition containing signatures of at least 10% of the voting members in the relevant regions.
