Proctor Information

RSES offers a many of its examinations in a proctored format, supported by a network of proctors who ensure a secure testing environment. The primary responsibilities of proctors include overseeing exams, verifying the identity of test-takers, and safeguarding the integrity of the examination process.

As of October 2024, RSES has released updated guidelines and materials, including order and remittance forms.

If you are an RSES proctor or interested in becoming one, please complete the proctor application below.

  • (EPA 608 Only) Mandatory Testing Information Form  - Print out one form per candidate you are testing. To be completed during EPA 608 test session. Refer to the RSES EPA 608 Proctor Script OR RSES Proctor Manual in order to have candidates properly complete this form. Once completed, mail them in with answer sheets for RSES HQ to process.
  • Course Progress Chart (fillable or printable) To be used to keep track of student progress and grades for RSES Training Courses, such as R/AC, Electrical, Heating, Controls, and Electricity. Once the course is completed, mail to RSES HQ with end of course exams for processing.
  • EPA 608 Quick-start guide  Basic overview of EPA exams to help you get started. In addition, see the Proctor Scripts (Both EPA and non-EPA) to walk you through the proctoring process.
