Below is information regarding products and services purchased from our online store.  By making a purchase from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Member Pricing

• Members must sign in to receive member discounted pricing.
• If you're not a member, either complete your purchase without signing in, or consider joining RSES to receive a member discount.

Taxes

• Taxes of 10.25% will be charged on physical products shipped to Illinois.
• Taxes will not be charged for 'Download Now' products delivered electronically.

Shipping

• Shipping on physical products will be calculated during checkout.
• You may choose standard ground shipping or 2nd day air.
• You must choose either USA or Canada as the destination.
• If you select shipping for the incorrect country, we will contact you about revising your order prior to shipping.
• Shipping will not be charged for 'Online Learning' or downloadable products delivered electronically.

Online Learning Products

Online learning products including electronic books are available within the RSES training system, and you may access these products when signed into the RSES online learning website.

If you already have an RSES online training account, you may access your purchases by signing into RSES online learning.

If this is your first online training purchase, you will need to establish an online training account at no charge.  After purchase, you will receive an email that will allow you to create your password and access the RSES online training system.  If purchased on a weekend or holiday, the email will be sent out on the next business day.

Product Availability and Delivery

• The majority of RSES training materials are in stock and will ship within 2 business days.  If a product is out of stock we will notify you.
• Some RSES logo merchandise is made to order and delivery may be delayed.
• Third-party products which ship from an outside organization may be delayed.

School Discounts

• Schools are eligible for discounted pricing on certain products in our store.
• If you are a school member, sign in and your discounted pricing will automatically be applied.
  

eBooks

• After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email titled "Your downloadable items are ready".  Click on the link contained in that email to download your eBook.
• eBook download link will expire 30 days after purchase.  Contact us if you need to download your eBook after the 30 day window.
• eBooks are delivered via PDF format.
• eBooks are licensed for one user and may not be shared or distributed to others.

North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Exams

NATE exams are available at RSES Chapter events, regional conferences, seminars, and at the RSES Annual International Conference. Contact your local RSES Chapter, RSES Headquarters (800-297-5660), or NATE (877-420-6283 or www.natex.org) for a testing organization near you. NATE Service Reviews are available on CD-ROM. Core, gas furnace, and heat pump and air conditioning test refresher DVD/CDs are available as well.

Return Policy

No material may be returned for credit without prior permission and shipping instructions from RSES Headquarters. Contact 1-800-297-5660 Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (CST).

Books, Manuals and Merchandise:

Materials returned after 30 days from original shipment, and with permission, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Materials returned after 60 days are subject to a 50% restocking charge. No material will be accepted for return after 90 days from the original shipping date.

CDs and DVDs:

CDs and DVDs are non-returnable once the original carton/package seal has been broken. (Certain exceptions apply. Call with questions).
