RSES invites you to join the technical webinar “Refrigerants: An Ever-changing Picture,” which is being presented by Scott Melton, Education Coordinator, RETA-RSES. This session will take a look at the history of refrigerant changes as it relates to how the industry can plan for the future. All refrigerants will be discussed, but natural refrigerants will be a heavy focus. This presentation will have something for every level of understanding and is at the heart of everything our industry does.

Your presenter, Scott Melton is the Education Coordinator for RETA-RSES. He is a Graduate of JM Perry Technical Institute and a Journeyman Pipe fitter. He has spent more than 40 years in and around the HVACR industry working in such capacities as a facility owner/operator; service tech; and compliance, training and special projects manager. He is a licensed electrician and thermographer; business owner; RETA-RSES and IIAR Member, as well as a FEMA ICS-100, 200, 700 and 800 and ASTI Master Instructor. He has also served as the Chief of Operations and Training at the Ammonia Safety and Training Institute (ASTI) and as Ammonia Refrigeration Adviser at SCS Engineers.

Attendees of the live session will receive a certificate for completing one (1) hour of continuing education after the conclusion of the webinar.
