This course assesses an individual’s understanding of the technical webinar on Rheem 20 SEER Inverter Heat Pumps, as featured in February 2021, presented by John Hamilton.This webinar will delve into the installation, start-up/charging, operation, and service procedures of Rheem’s 20-SEER inverters. The course ensures technicians understand the importance of proper charging for optimal system performance. Other topics of interest include components, RHMV air handler wiring, RCF coil wiring and detailed service procedures.

RSES Technical Webinars allow individuals to earn Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) by watching a pre-recorded technical webinar and then answering a 10-question quiz related to its content. All 10 questions must be answered correctly to ensure your grasp of the webinar’s content.
Upon successfully answering all 10 questions correctly, a certificate of completion for one (1) hour of continuing education will be delivered to your email.
Most certification programs that accept continuing education as part of the requirement for recertification should accept these hours, including North American Technician Excellence (NATE).
