NATE CEH: 1
Description:
This course assesses an individual’s understanding of the technical webinar on Calculating Combustion Air for Fuel-Burning Appliances, as featured in April 2023, presented by Brynn Cooksey, CMS, RCT. This webinar is designed to help technicians, contractors, salespeople, and engineers understand how to design and implement the correct combustion air procedures for fuel-burning (combustion) appliances. This critical design procedure must be addressed and accounted for. Still, it is often overlooked, leading to costly callbacks, equipment damage, and compromised safety. Real-world examples will be covered in this webinar, as well as troubleshooting procedures to help diagnose problems arising from insufficient combustion air.
About RSES Technical Webinars
RSES Technical Webinars allow individuals to earn Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) by watching a pre-recorded technical webinar and then answering a 10-question quiz related to its content. All 10 questions must be answered correctly to ensure your grasp of the webinar’s content.
Upon successfully answering all 10 questions correctly, a certificate of completion for one (1) hour of continuing education will be delivered to your email.
Most certification programs that accept continuing education as part of the requirement for recertification should accept these hours, including North American Technician Excellence (NATE). It is your responsibility to keep track of your individual CEHs and know the exact requirements for each your certifications.
RSES hopes you will see the benefit of attaining CEHs at your convenience from your computer!
